    whats goin on in san diego?
    Hey everyone,
    I will be in san diego in a couple days for a week. what should i see and where should i go?

    Mt. Soledad in Pacific Beach is well worth your time. I used to live 5 mins from there, go check it out.

    Zoo is great, for an aquarium go to Long Beach.

    Good to know, i hope to eventually get out there to see the zoo and other stuff. My fathers been out there a few times for business. Says the weathers always nice and it was a pretty cool place!

    Maybe you can do a little historical tour of the city to learn how the Germans discovered it in 1904 and appropriately named it San Diego...which of course is German for "Whale's :cens0r:".

    Only scholars know the true meaning........isn't it named after saint Diego?........no that can't be correct..........well agree to disagree.
