I just saw the most disgusting thing I have EVER seen in my entire life!!!!!!! In my search for Vincent, I left a rat and hidebox on a heating pad near a hole under the cabinets in the laundry room last night because I thought maybe he'd gone under there. I just checked on it and was delighted to see that the rat had moved --- perhaps Vince tried to eat it but it was too big or something? I grabbed it's tail and pulled it out of the hole to find a rat carcass which had it's insides completely chewed out and there was blood ALL OVER the floor!!!! If mice did this to a dead rat, would they also try to eat a cold, lethargic baby python???

I personally don't think that she is going to let any mouse get closer enought without eating it. But still have you in my prayers to so you can find your baby soon without any other problem.

Well the wild mice should know that a snake is an enemy and a danger to them so they should stay away from him, or the may become supper.

I hope he eats them... I'm so grossed out, I mean I knew we had mice but I didn't know we had THIS many!! Every place I look in there's mouse crap... can't set out traps or poison or anything 'til Vince is found though. I think I have a new found fear of mice... this coming from a person who used to keep countless rats as pets! And thank you all so much for your support, it's been a crappy week and your words of encouragement have really been a tremendous spirit lifter.

Ok, ok that's crazy, my husband and I just had to make a Jumbo rat "bite sized" for our smaller monitors. (we only have jumbos at the moment). IT WAS SO NASTY.
I thought of taping it and sending it to fear factor..lol Where's my 50 grand..lol
    That's so grouse.
I agree with Ironhead on the snake issue.
    He'll turn up soon

I wouldnt put out poision unless you want alot of stink in the house. If you have that many mice there will be dead mice all over the place and in places you wont be able to find them, and the stench.....I learned this from experience. But mine werent just mice, there were rat's too. I lived right next to a grain mill and rat's and mice were an every day thing in my old house.
