    Help with creating reference codes?
I'm trying to enter all of our new additions to iHerp and I need to create reference codes for everyone. Anybody have any tips on what an animal reference code should contain/ look like or how to go about making them up? lol sorry to sound like a newb:D

I make mine pretty simple. ex: 11F-Enchi01 would be a 2011 female enchi #1 (I only use the number if there is more than one).

When I start breeding I will also incorporate a clutch number. Ex: 12M-YB02-003 would be a 2012 male YB #3 from clutch #3.

Nice. Thanks, that helps a lot. I think I was making it more complicated than it should be and getting myself all confused lol.
