Underground Reptiles!!! NO!!!
Im sorry if people check out this post and i waste anybodys time, but Underground Reptiles? Not what i expected for a buisness that has been around for 15 years, and pride themselves on such great customer service. They are horrible as of right now, almost as bad as Boaphile! I recently purchased a Lesser Ball Python that is absolutely awesome looking and have yet to receive any kind of information stating that i bought the animal (with the exception of Pay Pal), and it is driving me nuts. I had to call them, and i spoke to some guy who had no idea what i was talking about as far as the snake goes and was rushing me off the phone. I tried setting a delivery day up with this person on the phone and told him what day i would like to have it shipped, he said "ok that works," and hung up the phone on me. WTF! When i purchase something from somebody i Expect to have a little bit of security knowing that the people i am dealing with actually give a crap about me and the animal. I guess some of this is my fault, but i did research UR and got mixed reveiws on them. Honestly, out of all the breeders and reptile distributors i have dealt with, Brian from BHB has been by far the most helpful and on point with what i expect when buying BPs. If anyone else has had a bad situation happen with Underground, feel free to share. I would reccomend staying away, but we will see what the animal is like when i get him. I hope that i am being over dramatic but its whatever......:mad:

Customer service should ALWAYS come first. And I believe the Boaphile lacks that. You didn't over react though some will tell You that.
And Brian is by far one of the best people I have EVER met.. story for another time though!

I just finished filing a PayPal dispute against Underground Reptiles. I ordered 1.2 Adult Yellow Rat Snakes. They called and said that they were out but that he had some more on the way and promised to call back....which he never did. When I called on three different occasions I was told that they don't know anything about my order and that they don't give refunds. When I emailed them I got a response back that they are not familiar with my problem. At this point I figure that I will handle it through PayPal and let them decide whether I get a refund or not. I agree that a business that has been around for 15 years needs to do some serious damage control. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UNDERGROUND REPTILES.
