List of Morphs W/O Clean Bellies?
Does anyone know where I can find a list of BP morphs which do not have clean bellies? I know black pastels/cinnies dont always have clean bellies, and theres also cajun and blackbellies...but i have no idea what other morphs have dirty bellies. Ive ran some searches here and even on google but cant find any real info on the subject.

Normals usually dont. Sometimes hets have "train tracks" running up and down the sides of their bellies. Dirty bellies isnt really exactly a desirable trait. I know when i bought my cinny i made sure his belly was pure white, nice and clean!

Just wondering why your interested. Is it because you prefer a dirty belly? Or just curious? I would be interested to know, I have never heard anyone specifically not wanting a clean belly. It would just be more proof of how much personal opinion differs in the BP world.

Curiosity mostly. Ive read here in the forums some people mention not all morphs have clean bellies but besides the few ive named off in the previous post i didnt know if there were any others.

I recently picked up a "female" in trade(who turned out to be male, i was too trusting and didnt personally confirm sex before trading. My mistake totally) who, to me, resembles a black pastel or cinny (doesnt totally fit either)..but i dont know. Im typically pretty good at IDing subtle morphs vs normals and dinkers, but this guy is makin me scratch my head. I will try to post up some pics of him tonight or tomorrow in the Is This a Morph section to see what others think.

Het Red Axanthics seem to not have 'clean' bellies

I am pretty sure that spectors have mostly clean bellies where like the top 2/3 is fairly clean and it gets "dirty" near the tail.

I will have to look and see if it is any cleaner nearer the head.

A lot of morphs do seem to have issues getting the pattern all the way down from the spine onto the belly. Surprised that specter isn't more like yellow belly with a clear belly. I also thought cinnamon/black pastels were always clear belly but then I've only owned two of those that weren't combos with some other gene (both were clear belies). Chocolates tend to have at least normal to more than normal belly pattern and I understand sable does too. Hard to tell on albinos but presumably them and hypos would have belly pattern if they had the dark pigment to show it and suppose the same goes for caramel, ultramel, crider, and candy but I really have no idea on those last four color mutations, just hadn’t heard of them having a pattern factor and assume there wouldn’t be enough dark pigment to see if there is a belly pattern or not. I've not yet owned any of the recessive axanthic but hadn't heard of them having anything other than normal belly pattern. Everything else I can think of right now is in the clear belly list.
