    help he is still gone
OK he has been gone since wed morning. He lives in my classroom so I cant sleep there to see if I can find him. the building is 2 35X40 rooms conected by a 10X40 prep room. Their science room so full of equipment. I have powdered the room with no tracks (and took SOOOO long to clean up), and between my students and I have searched EVERYWHERE! The room gets very cold so I have left his tank open which is on the floor with the heating running. I think I will wait a few days and try a rat in a cage to see if he will come out to play:-) This is a large adult so I am just stunned that we cant find him. I am worried that someone stole him and just broke the cage to make it look like a jail break. checked the fridge and freezer, incubators, VCR cabinet.... any ideas

55 gal. aquarium with screen top and a homemade wood cover to help stop him from pushing it back. the side he got out had a screen top that had been pulled back from a corner to a size big enough for him to get through and the wood part had been moved back a bit. Just set up to get him a new house too.
