Using butchers paper for substrate?
Just wondering if anyone knows anything about butchers paper or basically the white paper your meat is wrapped in. I'm able to get several new unused rolls for a fairly decent price so that is why I ask.
Things I'm concerned about-
-Chemicals in the paper to retain freshness
-The bleach they use to whiten the paper
-Anything else that could harm the animals

With this paper I can get it any day of the week for less than twenty dollars a roll. Each roll is roughly 18in. wide and about a million feat long. lol
Thanks guys!
A million...wow! lol. send me one.
