    Another feed question
Spock is about 6 months old and had grown from 64g to 219g in the 5 months that we've had him. He eats really well and has only refused food once. I had found someone semi locally who was going to supply me with rat pups but that fell through on their end so I've been feeding adult mice(or what the pet store says is adult, they only weigh 19g) I've moved up to an adult(19g) plus a hopper(8g) but that is only a combined weight of 27g as oppossed to the 33g he should be eating at his size. The pet store has small rats that weigh 40g. Is that too much to feed? Should I stick with the adult + hopper for a few more weeks?

How frequently are you feeding him? 18% of his body weight is fine to feed him, but I would only feed every 7 days until he gains a little more weight, then you could feed every 5 days (or stick to 7, if that works for you).
