Rate My Ball

I got this little bumblebee male from garrick demeyer in wisconsin a few weeks back. From 1-10 what would u guys rate him. These pictures dont do him justice.

I personally, like my bumbles with a lot more yellow and no aliens. I would give a rating of 4 out of 10. Thats only because it doesnt fit what I look for in a bumble.

Honestly though, i didnt even think bumblebee when i first looked at the pics...it almost looks like a cinnibee to me.

lol thanks for the honesty. I kinda like the alien. The yellow is going to fade on any bee tho as it gets older. This guy is 550-600 grams.

That isn't entirely true. I've seen some very yellow adults. But I can't see the pic because I'm at work.

If you like him, then that's the only thing that should matter.

Personally, I would like a more reduced bee with no dots.
His color is a little browned out, but he is very high white which is a plus. I like high white bees because they still look attractive when the yellow fades.

I would probably rate below a 4, sorry. Hes very browned out for his size and the pattern isnt great. Honestly the only thing he has going for him is being high white.

As for yellow fading, thats not true. If you have a good pastel gene they keep their color. For example, here is a pastel at 800g.

There is some browning out, but not a lot.
