Looks good except youre forgetting that even though theres 8 tubs you would need 9 shelves. So the height would be 44.4" + 1 more shelf @ .25" = 44.65"
To make it easier though i would round that up to 45" and if theres a bit extra on the top who cares. Also what about the back? You need something to go across as a cross brace, even if its not the full back, there has to be something to support it or youll lean against it and itll collapse lol. One other thing is what are you gunna seal the plywood with? Because if you plan on housing anything that requires more than average humidity in it then it will warp the wood and all your hard work will go to waste. If i were you id consider using melamine. I built a rack recently and it came out pretty well for what it cost me and the labor involved.

Mine cost like $150 for the melamine and 7 41qt tubs. (I already had a power drill, bits, and screws).
The melamine costs $40 for a 4x8 sheet. I used 2. Then the tubs were like $8 a piece so thats another $60.
Youll also need a good tstat and flexwatt so thats like another at least $100 depending on what tstat you get

I would definetly go with melamine. I would rework your dimensions and number of tubs so that way you use either 1 full sheet or 2 full sheet and theres not alot left over. Theyre 4'x8' like i said so thats 48"x96". Map out the sheets so you know exactly how to make the cuts OR have the guy at home depot make the cuts for you.
Do you already have a thermostat for it too? Because if not thats something else youll need to get.
