Getting ready for babies!!
Just ordered an RBI 16 tub hatchling rack and all the water bowls and hides! Getting prepared for new babies in a few months. I've spent a buttload of money in the past week but I'm so excited lol. It'll all be worth it when that first head pips out of the egg!! :D:D

After just speaking with Rick on the phone after there was a problem with the shipping terms on my order, I have no doubt that I will be 100% satisfied with everything I purchased from him. That man is the definition of what customer service should be. Not only did he fix the problem, he took the time to sit there and talk to me on the phone about different tips on breeding and what signs I need to be looking for. A+ customer service! If anyone else is looking into buying ANYTHING for your bp's, I strongly recommend buying from RBI. I can't say enough nice things about them. I just wish every business had the CS they have. The world would be a much better place. :D:D

I totally agree with you Mike! Customer service like that just doesn't exist anymore and it's sad.
