Anyone going to/heard of Eastern Herpetological Expo?
In Hatfield, PA. It apparently has not run since 2005 so it could be a bust...

Does anyone have any more info? Is anyone going? I'll be more than happy to do some recon if no one else is;)

I don't know any current details but that was the first reptile expo I ever went to when I was about 10 or so (20+ years ago). Strange to see it back in action. Very possible that it will take some time to build new momentum. And it will also be like the 4th show in the same general area.

well without a vendor list if i were you I wouldnt go. I have a ton of friends that live there as I grew up all of 20minutes from there. I should reach out to someone and see if they are going and can check it out. The distance is too great for you for it to be a bust.

But if people do go each time it happens maybe get some life back into it. however hamburg will always out do it.

I think both of you are right, most of these shows take time to pick up speed.

However, if the weather stays nice next weekend, i might make a road trip to Philly for the weekend and stop by to check it out.

If i do, i will be sure to let everyone know how it is!
