OK, recently someone was inquiring about a "rock boa". I have never heard of such a thing, this person states they had one. I know there are "rock pythons"..could it have been this person was mis-informed about what they had? Or is there really a rock boa? The reason I ask, I am unfamiliar with most boa species, other than red tails, columbians,sand..etc. so is this something I did not know existed?

Doesn't sounds like anything I know, I bet he was just miss informed.

I've never heard of a rock boa either.
Maybe it's just a ground boa, or an african rock python. Either way the person should probably properly ID the animal as there is a huge difference between the two..lol
