What Humidity level is optimal for incubating?

OK, so if my humidity gauges read anywhere from 90-99% then it's ok? Cause that's what I am getting in my test run.

What humidity would be too low?

I have same problem with my humidity inside my egg tub (without eggs) It read anywhere from 60-68%. How can I raise them to 80 or 90%?

Same question. What is the acceptable humidity would be to low?

You need to cover the lid better....maybe press and seal, or wax paper between the top of the tub and lid......

Humidity does not need to be 100%......75-85% is fine.....as long as your eggs are 'full' they are good....don't be obsessed with numbers....your eggs will tell you when they are too dry......if they are dimpling, and you are not close to hatch dates, they are too dry....either cover the lid better, or add more water, but not to where it touches the eggs.....

Yea im sure thats fine. Idk from personal experience, thats just what everyone on here usually says. Its why the substrateless method has become so popular.
