dont look like anything as if not popped right, males and females look the same

I can pop my other one no problem but he's a bit smaller. The one I can pop is about 340g and the one I can't is around 440. Would that size difference make it that much harder?

as they get larger it is generally more difficult to pop.

It's hard to say what exactly I'm looking at, definitely try to get a clearer pick.
