If you have a temp gun check and make sure the thermometers are reading true. Then go from there. Sometime they are off a couple degrees. Also how long has it been up and running. Somtimes it can take awhile to get up to temp

Need more details about the incubator. What kind? Thermostat? Heat source? Probe placement? Fan placement?

Might want to try and run one fan. 2 fans for a small incubator is a bit much. Not needed. The object of the fan isto just move the air. If you have too much air especially cooling fans this may be why the temps are spiking in the tubs. My walk in incubator which is approx, 6 ft wide by 5 ft deep by 7 ft tall is only being run with one small computer fan. Now isbyour fan running 24/7 cause if its not it should be

I had better luck keeping the temps right when I put the thermometer in one of the tubs. What happens when you leave it in there? Do the temps stabilize? For some reason when I have my bator set at 89 it fluctuates between 89 and 90, but when I set it at 88 it stays a perfect 88. Try playing around with it slightly and figure out what works best for your bator.
