    Best BRB Cage
Of the cages on Herpcages.com would any of them be suitable for a Brazilian rainbow boa or Emeral Tree boa lifetime. I like those cages because they are plastic and rather inexpensive. All input appreciated thanks

I know someone who uses them for carpets and LOVES them. She's only ever had good things to say. These types of cages have lasted her I think six or seven years and she has had no problems with them.

Though, on second though, I might be a little concerned about the plastic hinges... Are they plastic? They sort of look like it...

Have you looked at Animal Plastics cages? They are very high quality and reasonably priced.

    Here is their website: http://www.animalplastics.com/

I can answer any questions you have on AP cages

    I'm not knowledgable with BRB's but I do know that Emerald Tree Boas should have a 3 x 2 x 2 foot cage or a 4 x 2 x 2 foot cage.

    This picture showes 2 AP cages stacked (a 4 x 2 x 1 foot on top and a 4 x 2 x 2 foot on the bottom)

Those are the preferred cages for many ATB keepers. I can't answer any questions about BRBs though. Many use the 20" cubes for adult ATBs.

I just looked up the BRB care sheet and it said that they need a 48" x 18" x 16" cage

I don't have any first hand experience but don't Emerald Tree Boas get much bigger than ATB?

This is a horrible picture of one of the ones I got him to make for me, Its the 48X24X14 with a built in 20" pedestal. Bad pic but you get the general idea. One of the best selling points was the material HDPE, NOTHING sticks to it!!!! So five years down the road you dont have poop and urine stains smelling the thing up from soaking into the PVC. And really it's the best value for the $$. You have a RTB so you need at least a 4ft cage, these come 14" or taller (compared to 12" with most all others) At your door for $220. Boom.

Here's a better pic, still kinda hard to tell just how much room is inside though.
