Switching males,please help.

Im new to this, I have a (male)spider who's is a proven breeder and a young(male) pastel who will be up to weight in time for next year. I only have one female and she is a
Normal around 1800g's. My question is, what would I get if I kept switching out the two different males with the one female ? If anyone could help I'd be very grateful!

You could get spiders or pastels or normals, sired by one or both males.
best outcome could be a double sired clutch where you get a bit of both morphs in one clutch.

If your thinking you could get something like a bumblebee, thats a no, each egg can only be fertilized by one male,but the clutch as a whole can be sired by many males.

If you wanted to play around to see what outcomes you get from different pairings you can use the Genetic Wizard

You can get a double sired clutch of spiders and pastels, I tried for that last year with three females but didn't get any double sired clutches. You unfortunately can't get bees since the males genes cannot be mixed within one egg. You can get double+ sired litters/clutches with any animal that has multiple babies since each egg is fertilized individually depending on which males sperm reaches the egg. So if you have two males, theoretically you would have a 50/50 shot on each egg as to who will sire that particular egg, but that's assuming all the sperm was introduced at the same time with the same 'power' which isn't going to happen. Out of all my clutches the pastel took every one of the females. Granted, the spider could have sired the normals that hatched out, but I'll never know.

The best I would hope for would be a double sired clutch with mostly females. then in a few years then you could create some bumblebees!:gj: but even if the clutch is sired by the pastel only and you get a female then theres bees there too. Good luck.
