    Plastic Insulator Clips
    Is there a way to un-clip them without breaking them? They're the ones that are from RBI.

    I somehow managed to get mine undone, I used a sharp pick and a knife...and a lot of luck. It was tough. The more I think about it I don't know if mine were completely snapped shut.

    I have tried and failed unfortunately. I ended up having to cut them off to rewire a piece of flexwatt that wasn't getting hot and I ended up just using a good layer of electrical tape to reinsulate after the repair.

    Thanks. At least I have hope. I got a shipment of them today and I just wanted to test one of the pairs out so that when I am ready for the real thing I know how it goes. I didn't think they'd be that hard to get apart.

    There should have been a "Don't put these together until you're ready" warning.
