Does any make templates?

Hi just wondering if anyone out there has templates for their BP's. Here's what I have? Do anyone have something different or more?

Nope. I just use iHerp. :D

i do not as of yet, generally a note pad on the comp with the info and the dates. this way i am not stuck with a million papers, and can print off the history if the snake is being sold. but i do have a huge dry erase board i use all the time for quick notes

God how long have i been out of the loop, you would think only a few years and things would not change that much, Book Marked that for later.

I keep something similar in a composition note book.

If they had an app for my iPad or iPhone I'd use that. But I find my templates easier to keep track since its all digital on my iPad. Maybe one day they'll make an app for the iOS system.

How did you make this on the ipad?
This might be a good excuse for me to get one :D

I keep a log on all of my snakes, I record feeding times, length, weight, cleanings, bathroom use and anything else that I feel I should note. I also have a care sheet for each snake, some general info on the species and breeder back ground (Just in case anyone else should have to look after them for me).

I sure do, it has name, type, morph, hatch date, purchase date etc. in the header and several columns with weight/date, shed/date, feeding/date, and comments on a word document. I like it all on one sheet as it cuts done on effort and reduces the amount of files required.
