Is this a pastel?

A guy wants to trade me this pastel for feeder rodents. I wanted people opinion if this is a pastel. Since I am not as good at identifying a pastel yet. Thanks.

If it is a pastel, it is a super low quality one.

I see pastel, but a thin pastel. He needs some groceries!

I'll say yes, but is it just me or it seem really skinny in the second pic?

He is suppose to be 4 years old and proven. If its a pastel and needs some food in it I don't mind that. I can put some weight on him. I just want to make sure it's a pastel.

My worry would be that he may be skinny for a reason other than mis feeding.

I don't see pastel, I see an over exposed photo. See if you can get on in better lighting with no flash.

Regardless of the lighting, it's still gonna be a pastel...and I'd say that the first pic is probably a very fair representation.

I really don't see a pastel either, and lighting does matter
