Do you think this is her ovy or just building? She's been hanging out on her cool side for a couple weeks and refused my male this weekend.

I'm sure you have heard this many times, but Ovy looks like your female just ate a very large rat. It last for about 24 hours or so, then it's gone. :snake:

So probably just building then... gah, I'm so ready to see an ovy and get some eggs!! I check on her at least 3xs a day to see if I can catch her ovulating and I think I have tricked myself into seeing her as bigger or lighter than she normally is to make myself see glow or ovy....

*Edit* - sorry it wont let me edit my last post.

I actually decided to check on my girls and just caught this girl ovulating. Its just the very beginning, but you can already see shes swelling like a balloon. See the sudden curve in her spine? The substrate shes on is completely flat, its the swelling from the ovy thats causing the arch.

You can't be 100% just by the way she is laying. Males will also lay on their sides from time to time. Usually if the female is gravid her rear half will be belly up. Good luck.
