Eggs?!?!?! Wish me luck!

Made the 9 hour drive back to school and found my het pied girl wrapped tightly around something white. I didn't keep the incubator plugged in b/c it wasn't up to temp before I had to leave so I didn't want to risk want to risk anything, especially since I never really saw an ovulation, so I am going to just leave her wrapped around them until its warm tomorrow.

Im glad she proved my doubts wrong to say the least. wish me luck on some good eggs! She is the smallest of my girls but is an 08.

Definitely! Really didn't think she would be my first clutch since shes always been an off and on feeder, but I'm glad she is! Pieds are what started it for me!

Got the incubator all fired up and the egg tub ready so I removed her from the eggs and found 5 nice eggs. I'm tracking down a flashlight to candle them but in the mean time, you guys think these eggs look good and healthy?

Glad she gave me 5 so I got a good chance at some pieds!!

Also, this being my first clutch I dont know exactly how big the eggs are supposed to be. Do these look normal sized compared to the standard notecard?

The eggs look ok to me compared to others ive seen on here.They dont seem to be as white but i dont think the spots are a huge deal. Someone with some more experience will be able to confirm this though...
