Chris @ C Serpents- Good Guy!

So I ordered a rack from Chris @ C Serpents and this was my experience with him.
I ordered a 6 tub v-18 rack from him a couple weeks back. On the day it was going to arrive, he contacted me telling me that he switched the shipping labels on my rack and another customers rack by accident and was doing his best to fix the situation. During the whole situation he stayed in constant contact with me.

To make a long story short, he wasn't able to get my rack back from the other customer at the time (he eventually did after rectifying the situation). So he offered me a replacement rack. What was awesome about it was that he sent me a 16 tub v-18 rack, with only 6 tubs, fair enough being that my original order was for 6 tubs.

I could not be happier with his customer service and the rack looks awesome. I'll post the pic in the leopard gecko forum.

I have done businesses with Chris before too. Nothing but good things to say about him and his product.

Great guy he's done a lot of custom work for me no complaints.

I've gotten 2 racks. tub dividers, and a male spider from him. No issues at all.
