I was expecting a sick or deceased snake, lol... that doesn't sound like such terrible news to me! Keep him.

Re: some bad news :(
Stop probing your snakes!!! You have no idea what your doing...Those probes are way too small for that size snake! Hope you didn't damage them!!!
Popping is much safer for a newbie than probing.

Please try to find a bigger probe set for that size snake. I really hope u didn't puncture anything using those. Not trying to sound like a butthead, I just don't want any of ur snakes getting injured.

Yeah, probe is way too small. I would be VERY careful. You could well have pierced right through, be on the look out for blood or bruising.

I use that size probe for babies. You do need to get a better probe set because that probe is a little small for a snake that size. And don't ever use the tiny tiny probes in that set for BPs. They are much too small for any size BP. I have 2 very thin ones in my set and I've considered throwing them away since I don't think I'll ever have a need for them.

- Your probe is waaaay to small for an animal that size. :colbert:
- You're probing a BP that you just fed?
- Petroleum jelly is made from....you guessed it! Petroleum...as in the dinosaur based stuff they make gasoline out of. Really? Would it be too hard to find some water based lube?
Please stop doing this before you really hurt one of your snakes.
