Just got my new AP T8 in the mail and I must say so far not impressed

First off i open my package that was very well packed and wraped, but first i notice my lights were not in the order......... ok maybe they forgot i can atleast build the cage hook up the UTH and tstat put everything in the cage and get the temps up and make sure everything is good to go before moving the snakes in...........then i notce no glass either..........WTF!!!! I heard nothing but good about there customer support so i hope so. right now not really impressed. I feel like they just pushed to get this cage out because they said it was a quick ship item but what good is half a cage???

Are you sure there are not more boxes coming? Sometimes they get separated in shipment.

Also, not sure I would blast them on here just yet if you have not talked to them.

no there is not two boxes i checked my fedex shipping and there was only one box. And i'm not trying to blast them just telling my feelings cuz i can't call them. If you noticed i started with a compliment.:D Heres my point I talked to them on thursday to check on my order cuz it was coming up on the 10 day mark, if they would have said hey we can ship out 75% of your order on friday or 100% on tuesday i would have told them just wait till its allready. I was really hoping to post pics of my brand new cage ( which the pieces i did get look great) built and running, i don't want to b on here posting that i am currently not happy with more order. but i promise to keep you posted on how this turns out.

i just ordered a t8 with glass doors and it is shipping in two boxes just saying

I have a few AP cages and they all came in 2 boxes.

They always ship the glass and lights seperatly... They do this for a reason, you need to assemble the cage and seal it. The sealant needs to dry/air out for a few days before you put the glass on. I garentee that AP will send you another tracking number in a day or so with the glass/lights. I have ordered 5 cages from them and it worked that way every time.

They didn't try to rush it out, I have ordered T8's that are quick ship and a t12 that wasn't, same thing happened.

Also if you look at your order conframation, you will see at least 2 if not 3 boxes listed.

I just got mine a few weeks ago and it came in two seperate orders, a few days apart. Everything was packaged really well and my DH had no problems putting it all together.

I'm sure that all yours cages came in two boxes but this time it's not the case. Called AP today and when i discribed the problem she replied "oh did i forget to send you an email????" The lights, glass locks and diamond bit to drill the glass are on back order. My whole point is if you ordered a pair of shoes and they only sent you the left shoe and not the right would you be like "well atleast i got the one". And yeah the cage has been built and cured for the past 3 days. I must say the 75% of the cage i got is top notch and went together in about 30 min including sealing it.
