In a good way, because things are going as planned. This girl just finished her pre-lay shed today and when I was cleaning out her tub, I noticed the extreme head spot that was never there before. I'm assuming it's her glowing, but in the short time and small numbers of females I've bred, I've not seen anything to this extreme...usually it's been more of a noticeable subtlety. I don't have any before pics(wish I did now), but she normally has a small amount of fading on the head, but never an obvious spot...now it looks like I soaked my thumb in bleach and pressed her head with it.

That's so cool. Good luck with the clutch.

Looks more like the random pigment loss BPs sometimes exhibit. They will glow over their entire body and return to their normal coloration after the ovulate.
