My first "Is This a Morph???" Thread!

Was recently introduced to "Superstripes." This is Bindi, who I think looks like some Specters I have seen (on the internet), but I can't find too much info on them. The little Bindi dot (hence her name) is apparently passed down to some of her offspring, though I've yet to have a successful clutch from her. Anyways, here she is:

Oh and by bindi dot, I mean the small black dot on her neck where the golden part of her pattern begins.

She looks really light to me sorta like a fire, but idk bc im not that good at identifying the subtler morphs...

First thought was a Vanilla

Hmm I haven't done any research on Vanillas

I don't see the color or high flames normally seen in fires, but that headspot is very interesting... Possible vanilla? Definite dinker...

I think if I can get my hands on an Ivory or YB I might pair her next year

Vanilla is possible. If you breed to a pastel/superpastel it would soon clear that one up one way or another as vanilla creams are very distinctive. As you have already worked out breeding to an ivory would sort out any connection to the yellow belly group. You have said that she has been bred-do you have the chance to breed a son with the same look back to her to see waht happens there? This would obviously solve the question of whether or not she is a fire or similar.

There is no pastel in a vanilla cream..
The vanilla cream is a fire/vanilla.
