Hogg Island Size

I think he said it's a hogg island cross. I'm not sure. She does look big. Gorgeous though.

It's a Hog cross.

Some female Hogs can get big though, but usually average around 6' (males averaging smaller of course)

Yeah, that's what I basically concluded. Thanks for the confirmation, guys. :)

Sunset hogs are crosses (hypo Colombian and Hog Island), so the size comes from its Colombian parent. It's not common for pure hogs to get that big, though it's not unheard of.

My hypo is sitting at just 700 grams, roughly ~4+ feet (haven't measured her)

My albino is a baby at ~170 grams, roughly ~2 feet or so (also haven't measured)

My jungle is sitting at ~3 pounds (1350+ grams) and is roughly 5 feet.

They're all wee ones still :) I'm getting my little pure Hog gal this Tuesday and she's a May '11 birth so she'll be a small one too.

That's a mutt. Pure Hogs don't get anywhere near that size.
