New addition

Got a new male ball today. While he's only a normal he has a history in my family so getting him was important to me. He was originally my grandfathers who got him as a baby. When he had his stroke and couldn't take care of him anymore my cousin begged him for him. This guy is 1888 grams around 5 feet and was kept in terrible conditions, housed in a 10 gallon tank with no heat and only fed every 3 months. It was important for me to get him and after 2 years of trying today I finally did.Thankfully he's in good heath and will be getting his first meal from me tomorrow seeing as how its been over 2 months since his last feeding. Glad you finally got him and I agree that you should double check the sex. You could have a big normal female to breed next season ;)

Congrats on finally getting your hands on him/her! Glad s/he's going to be well taken care of now. :) And I agree, he looks a bit more like a "she". I've noticed over the past couple of years that female's heads tend to be a bit rounder and shorter. "He" looks just like my big normal female (also about 1800g). Definitely get that double checked. :gj:

(Unless of course sex doesn't matter in this case. lol. :P )
