    Excited, finally eating F/T
Last night I finally got my baby bp to eat a f/t mouse. I'm really happy, I didn't think he'd switch. :gj:

I just gotta heat it up with a hair dryer after thawing and make it struggle while being constricted lol. Hopefully this works again next week.

After making the "kill" he usually eats immediately, but last few times I tried f/t he ignored it after constricting. Last night he kept poking around at it for so long I figured it was another fail, but he finally just ate it.

Congrats! It's great to get them to take F/T for the first time. Hang in there and stay patient. He'll be a regular F/T eater in no time!

Like Slim said just keep at it and make sure it's thawed to the right temp. When I first started my boys on f/t I had to wiggle it but now I don't have to. Sometimes I do just to remind them what it's like...:D
