Endearing Pet Snake Story?

I have a USA Today writer who's looking to interview someone who has a close, positive relationship with a pet reptile. (They're looking for other pets as well). This could be good publicity for the reptile community.

Anyone want to explain how they come home from a long day at work, and relax with their pet python in front of the TV, or how their beardie loves to run up their arm and ride around on their shoulder?

I'd be delighted to tell her about how my ball pythons help me relax and keep me healthier. My snakes are really therapy animals, believe it or not.
