my new boa post shed pic
Ok so my boa shed the other day, and I know the pics are past due after the shed. She looked soo clean after the shed. She still looks pretty but I am still having a problem with the camera picking up her true pin/red/orange colors that is in her. We are still not quite sure what she is, other then what one breeder said is a mutt. I don't feel like getting into the story of that however this is the one I posted a couple weeks ago as the aggressive one. the other night I put all my snakes on aspen so I wont have huge messes to clean while I am out of town for five days. she has calmed down tremindusly since the bedding change from news paper to aspen. the first picture I was like an inch from her face which would of never happened the day before with out getting hissed at or bitten. but like I said they still don't show her true colors

and then I just had to show this one with love
I finely got a name for her she is the one I got from BHB her and named her Serenity. I just think the mouse in the picture makes a great pun...

That's an interesting observation with the Aspen. I have also heard of stubborn eaters feeding better after being switched from newspaper or paper towels to Aspen. I'll keep that in mind for future reference...:gj:

She readily ate after she struck at me a few times she ate twice on newspaper. but I am hoping that will get my one adult female ball python to eat that I got from BHB I know they sometimes keep theirs on Aspen, and I know she ate before she was shipped to me because of how much she has thinned out over the past couple weeks (Thinned out not lost waight, we will try it)
