    mmm a couple things
First he made a dash to crawl under my bedroom door and was too big to fit, so he came through backwards but it sounded like he was scratching himself on the way out and I noticed this afterwords:

Does that look like damage? Will that be all better after a shed?

..and the reason he got under there without me stopping him is because I was filming him trying to capture his squeaking sound. He only makes this sound when he is out of his enclosure, and it's not consistent, it happens only when he's actively exploring. I'm trying to narrow it down, it could be RI, but it's not consistent and doesn't happen in his enclosure..

..it could be stuck shed because his last shed wasn't perfect.. or it could just be an excitement/stress noise as some people here have suggested.

(Turn up the volume, the squeaks don't start till 3/4 of the way through, and it's a horrible crescendo of t̶e̶r̶r̶o̶r̶ squeak.

The last squeak is so loud because he thinks he's about to fall... and then try and crawl under a door.. and so we come full traumatic circle.

    help :(

He looks ok, that should be gone next time he sheds (just surface damage)

If there aren't any other signs of RI I doubt that that is what it is. Especially if it only happens outside of the enclosure.

First, I believe his back will be fine, especially after a few sheds. You won't even be able to see any of those slightly messed up scales.

Second, I honestly wasn't able to hear anything on the vid, and it probably is just me, as I'm on my sisters laptop and can't figure out how to use the dang thing. Since you say he only does it while you handle him, I am going to suggest that it's just him being handled. Sometimes mine make funny hissing like noises when being handled, especially the big guys.
Just check his nose for any stuck shed, and keep your eyes open for bubbles or access mucos.

The scratch doesn't look bad at all, it should be gone after his next shed. And as for the squeaking, it doesn't sound like an RI to me (RI's usually present with more of a popping noise), it sounds like some shed stuck in his nose.

There definitely aren't any bubbles or foam, and the only time his mouth is open is when he's eating.

I wish I had gotten a BP through a reputable breeder instead of a pet store.

    Snake Mites - Check
    Damaged Eye Caps - Check
Under-weight/Wrinkled - Check (though it's much better now)

I have enough things to worry about without mystery squeaking noise. Hah. At least he is more comfortable with me than at the store.

Another question, today was the second time in a row that he has peed/urate inside his hot-side hide. Is this normal? Before he did it outside the hides, and now he is basically laying on top of it.

Some BP's seem to care if they are sitting in their own waste and others don't.
