Switch to tub... stopped feeding - help?
I switched my 2010 male super pastel into my rack and he has stopped feeding. It has been a month since he ate. He had lived in the same 20L since I've had him. He has never refused a meal up until now. What should I do? I'm thinking about just putting him back in his tank... His temps are all correct and I even tried putting him back on newspaper instead of the aspen and putting his hide in the tub with him, but no luck.

    Hi,

Every change can cause them to need a settling in period again - it depends on the individual snake really.

How big is the tub in the rack compared to his old tank?

I would leave him with the newspaper and hide (if you want - mine hide under the paper ) with no handling or interaction for another week and then try feeding him again. :)

Are there females in the rack that may be of breeding size causing him to go off food?
