RBI (Reptile Basics)

I had never ordered from them until last Monday. I will be going back to them whenever I need something they have. Excellent service, exceptionally fast and very accurate.

I ordered Flexwatt and they assembled it for free to my specs, making my life SO much easier. I cannot stress how awesome these guys are.

I ordered my stuff late afternoon on Monday, it was in the mail by Tuesday, and it got from Kville, NC to Vermont by today (Thursday). Impressive service, exceptional delivery time.

I think everyone is going to make Rich blush over all the threads on this forum recently that have given homage to his great service and products. I, too, am a very satisfied customer. :)

i just baught heat tape and some hides from him as well...same thing ordered it monday got here today already assembled and the price is awesome...deffinatly a return customer

Rich and his customer service are top notch! I actually just posted a thread about his hides too. Definately highly recommend him!

I also want to give high praise to Reptile Basics. I ordered some flexwatt heat tape from them. When I finalized my order, I forgot to state the length I wanted it cut. It was late at night and I didn't think I was going to be able to call so I wrote an email to state the length of the cut. Right after I finished my email and sent it, not five minutes later I received an email on another email account asking how I wanted the heat tape cut? I was pleasantly surprise at the level of customer service. To be so on top of the orders. Great company.
