Eggs coming yes or no...

Hi im new to breeding..few questions......i witnesed my girl had the ridge back also looked liked she swallowed a can she was eating like a champ..that was around 6 weeks ago...she has been off feed for 5 to 6 weeks now and has been on the hot side alot...caught her soaking 2 weeks ago and now she just shed..just wondering if eggs are coming...... thanks for the help...Richie Boo

Sounds like all the right signs.

if she sheds within the next week i would say expect eggs in a month or so

Did you witness an ovy? Is she glowing?How about some pics? Sounds like she may just be building, when they ovy they look like they just ate something large but they shouldnt be eating like a champ at that time.
Also after my females ovulate they dont leave the hot spot at all. Sounds to me like your close to an ovulation.

Yes she looked like she ate a can about 5 or 6 weeks ago....missed the glowing.....she has not eaten since i saw the ovy building...question is does the shed before they lay the eggs come around 6 weeks after you see the eaten can look...

If you have seen an ovulation 6 weeks ago she should have had a pre-lay shed 4 weeks ago and should lay any day which mean at this point if you hold your snake head up and tail down you should be able to clearly see the eggs and count them.

If you do not than what you saw was not an ovulation.
