    Storing frozen rodents
Can I store 10 small rats at a time in my personal fridge? They are in their ziplock bags, then in a box and then in another zip lock bag. Is this ok? I ask because on the websites that sell the f/t feeder it says to store them seperate from your personal freezer. This sounded a bit much, I guess they are just trying to cover themselves as much as possible? Any thoughts? Thanks!! :)

I store mine in my personal freezer in the bottom bin. Only ill effect I have gotten was the wife freaking out when she pulled out the bin the first few times.

The only issue I've ever had with storing frozen rats in my regular freezer was when my Mom came for a Christmas visit and ignored the warning, "Mom, These Are Rats...Do Not Open", written in Sharpie on the ZipLock bag...

My wife just hates the idea of them being in there. It doesn't matter much to me though. I mean come on... they're dead AND frozen! I don't think they are going to bother anyone.

My wife doesn't like them in our freezer either, but that's where I put them too. Mine are in a ziplock baggie and then in a cardboard container.

frozen meat is frozen meat... rat or not, there isn't any issue putting it in the freezer. if you must put the plastic bags in a brown paper bag and try to forget what is in it lol
