Help with building my own rack system
Hey guys, I am looking to build my own rack system. I want 2columns and 3rows that hold cb 70 tubs. But also the option to fit juvenile sized tubs like cb 30's in their for as of now I would not be using all cb 70's.
Any advice on dimension would help.
    THANKS

Just buy the tubs that you know you want (cb-70s) then design the rack based off of them. I doubt that 6qt or 16qt tubs are gunna be the same size height wise as cb-70s so you will probably have to use lids for them and wont be able to get a perfect lidless fit like when you use the cb-70s.

According to ReptileTubs.com the CB-30 tubs are 7 7/8" tall, and the CB-70 tubs are 6" tall. Like Mike said, you would have to build it to the size of the CB-30s and use lids with your CB-70s. I would personally hate that.

You're either going to need to build 2 different racks or let the snakes grow up in the CB-70s. I would do the latter and just add more hides.

I would go with the larger tubs as well and get more hides. I have 200g snakes in 36qt tubs and they are doing very well.

Yup i agree completely. Ive had my male cinny in a 34qt since the day i brought him home and he hasnt missed a meal, even eats in shed. I just put some crumpled up newspaper in the tub to make it feel smaller for him.
