It's still a work in progress but it's pretty much almost done. Just have to hook up the rest of the flexwatt and the thermostat and it's ready to go =)
I built one like this before but put more shelves, made them tighter and added board under the shelves so I didn't have to use lids. It holds 14 28qt bins and I have an extra 2 shelves just in case I want to add more one day !! =)

It looks great! Do you mind me asking how much everything cost? I've been looking to build something lightweight because my melamine racks are just a pain to move around.

Not much. It was two 5 shelf units, 2 sheets of panel board, goop glue and that's about it and in total that cost was under $130.00. Of course that's doesn't include the flexwatt or the tubs but even with that it's still pretty inexpensive =)

Did you have to cut the legs in order to get the right height to slide the tubs in on every shelf?

Yes. all the pegs had to be cut down but it's really fast. Just have to have the right measurement and then cut them all. Hardest part for me was getting the measurements just right so that they all fit perfectly. I have one or two shelves that are a bit tighter than the others but it's not bad at all.

Looks good! Are you going to put anything on the sides to help hold in the heat?

Here's another version - different size tubs.
