Reptile Basics

I recently made a purchase from Reptile Basics. They had excellent customer service and were very knowledgable about the products they sell as well as the comparable products. They gave me honest answers to all 9 million of my questions and spent sufficient time to educate me. Processing my order was very quick and turn around to have shipped to me was also very quick. Prices were very fair and shipping was quite reasonable.

All-in-all a great experience. I will for sure do business with them again!

I have purchased 4 RHPs, a couple of hides and a VE-200, and could not be happier with both their customer service and products!

I love Reptile Basics too. Rich is awesome. Im considering ordering a rack from him now that he has the production up and running again.

Rich is awesome. Rbi is a for sure go to spot for my needs. My only complaint is i wish they sold more stuff. I hate having to order elsewhere for certain things. But i tell ya i have never had a bad experience with rich and i always get my stuff super fast.

I have 3 RBI racks and love them. Rich is awesome - always willing to take the time to answer any questions.

Can't go wrong with RBI.
