So my new bp is kind of lumpy or lack of a better term. Right where his lungs are where I can see him breathing there is a large lump as if he just ate a mouse. He has not eating since I got him as I think he is still adjusting. Not sure if maybe it just means he really needs a meal soon or if there is something weird going on.http://img.tapatalk.com/a6898b8a-bf5b-f575.jpg

Does it seem hurt him if you press on it?

Also does it feel firm or soft?

Soft. When he strIghtens out it is nit really noticeable. He does seem to have some parts a little thicker than others its barely noticeable. Not sure if this is common with juviniles or if they should just be thiner at ends and get thicker in the middle.

From the picture I don't see anything that is concerning, but it is hard to say anything for sure without actually handling the animal. I would just keep an eye on him and make sure that his husbandry is good.

How long have you had him, what is his weight and eating history? How are your temps, is he able to digest a meal?

First, and this is just for my curiosity, WHAT is that wooden thing in the cage?

OK, now on to the real stuff. Can you hear the snake wheezing/breathing? A really bad fluid filled lung might cause your symptoms.

My juvie was pretty normally shaped. Thin at the tail, wide in the middle, long skinny neck.

Also, if the white light isn't just there for the picture you should remove it. It isn't good for the snake and can hurt it. Use a UTH.

The wooden thing is a bamboo stick across the cage the snake can wrap itself around and climb on. Husbandry is alright could be higher humidity but i should be getting my animal plastics cage any day now so that should fix most of those issues.
