So Fang did not want to eat in a box for the first time
Fang ate his first mouse in his enclosure today. Now should I b worried that he ate the mouse backwards and I saw the he had some Eco earth in his mouth?

It's ok that he ate it backwards, that usually happens if the rodent is a little on the small side for the snake (but it can happen anytime) As long as he didn't get too much in his mouth there shouldn't be any issues.

Nope, nothing to worry about. I've had some take a mouse or two backwards and as long as they get it down, no issues whatsoever. Also, ingesting a little eco-earth isn't going to be a problem. It's the big chunks of wood that people mostly worry about.

Thanks guys I was worried about the eco-earth more then anything. This was weird to me because he always ate in a box bt Iguess he wanted a hunting feel to it this time as soon as the mouse ran into his hide and he saw it he took off after him like thats my place get out:colbert: Also he seems to yawn more these days but not much like once or twice a day is that cool too?

It isn't anything to be worried about if it is the only strange thing that he is doing. Just keep an eye on him and let us know if he starts doing anything else that seems strange to you
