I had to vote "I dont breed at all" but I plan to, and I think I would cut the eggs for curosity and to help survive....but mostly for curosity lol.

Jordan, there's a breeding Forum a couple spots down below this one on your screen. I'm sure the folks who frequent that forum have quite a bit of experience with this subject, and you might get more response.

You can PM an admin and ask them to move it. They're pretty cool like that.

I cut cause I can, and no harm will come from it. It also Helps aid in them coming out when egg tooth is broken or not there.
I had 2 last year hatch no egg tooth and one with a twisted cord. If i didnt cut they would of all died.

Re: Cut eggs?
We wait for the first one to pip or slit its egg then we cut the rest. We had our first clutch Of the year hatch today. We will post pics later.

I cut on day 55 like religion. I do it cause twisted cords scare the hell out of me.

I cut at day 52 nothing to do with curiosity it's all about putting all the chances on my side which is why I also chose to incubate eggs in an incubators.
Cutting may prevent possible problem as mentioned above.
Now would I recommend anyone to do it or do it at 52 days? No I would not people attempting this should know what they are doing.
