Clutch #2

I am happy and upset at the same time. My second girl laid her eggs today. She had 3 nice big white eggs and she laid 5 slugs. I wish I knew why she laid so many slugs. So I have 10 eggs in the incubator. I am going to sell the girl the that laid the 5 slugs. Both girls where introduced to my Mojave and my black pastel. I hope to get at least a black pastel girl out of the clutch.

:( sucks about the slugs but yay for the 3 good eggs, and hope you get want you want out of them.

Did you cool her? If not did she have an area where she could get below 80 degrees? Same question for the male also. Was she well fed or did she go off feed way before she ovulated?
