She looks big to me but my eyes are untrained so someone with some breeding experience should chime in...
Looks like an ovy to me. Tail suck and her spine looks a bit arched from the swelling.
That's what I thought when I saw her - she hasn't been eating in 3 weeks, and she looks fat here, also the tail is sucked :).
