Source for hemostats.

Anyone have a good source for quality hemostats? I think of a few places but wondering if there is a preferred source.

why quality? I'd go with cheapies. Harbor Freight is where I mine and they work great. Cost me a whopping $4

My philosophy has been to buy quality and cry once rather then buy crap and cry everytime you use it. Lol
