Ive been keeping my bp's in tubs but the grilfriend is really pushing me to use something thats a little more appealing in terms of home decor. i saw melamine cages with glass doors at our local reptile place and was wondering what was a good idea in terms of heating. the cages have glass doors and come with a fluorescent light fixture as well as heat lamp fixture inside. they have two open vents in the back of the cage as well. they told me that i could put a heat pad under the cage and it would work, but i wanted to get some opinions on it first. the bottom of the cage is about 3/4 inches thick. has anyone had experience with something like this?
