shipping help!!!
Well I was going to ship Kira back home to California today and fedex tells me that you have to ship using reptilesexpress.com or shipyourreptiles.com or hve to wait 2 weeks to become authorized. Now I am having the military pick my household goods up tomorrow so everything in my house including my car and ship it back home. Now has anyone else hit this snag or know another method of shipping cause if not I'm screwed. I live in germantown, Maryland so for those in the area if you have had this problem before please let me know. Didn't expect this and now I feel dumb...lol

Use shipyourreptiles.com problem solved..

Yea but could I have them pickup today or tomorrow at the latest? tried calling both company's and ship your reptiles has no phone number and reptlies express didn't answer.
They just answered and said they could get her shipped today so nvm...thanks anyway.

Use SYR Ship your reptiles, and you will be just fine just make sure you package your animal and label your box properly print your shipping label and drop your animal off at your nearest fedex hub.

Using syr allows you to ship under them. They are already certified. Just log on put in the info print the shipping label and drop it off at any fedex location. Its super easy.

I too am thinking of selling some of my snakes. So, basically I make a account with syr? Order the supplies I need, package up the snakes. Login at syr attach shipping label like u said to box? And, do I drop off at fedex/kinkos store for overnight delivery?
I thought I read that syr will pickup my package from my house if needed?
-
Yep. You can arrange a pickup but i always just drop em off at either fedex kinkos, fedex hub or the local mailboxes plus store that does fedex. Just depends where i am at the time

SYR does not pickup you package, Fedex does, SYR allow you to print a shipping label they do not pick up or ship the animal, Fedex does.
YOU must package your animal accordingly, print your label through SYR and than drop off or have a pickup arranged. Dropping the animal of allows for the animal to spend less time in transit and in the box which most people prefer.

ShipYourReptiles phone number is available on the site and on our Facebook page- 303-730-2125
You can book your shipment at our site, and then drop off your shipment at a FedEx counter, or we can schedule a pickup for you at your home or business.
You can schedule a driver pickup the day before, or as late as the morning of the pickup.
We have a complete Get Help section that will walk you through each step, or you can contact us directly for personal help.

Hello robyn,
That's so cool that a shipping rep is on this site that we can speak with (not just a link to there website). Well, I will definately be using your co. and fedex for my shipping process.
I now feel more comfortable and making selling post's for my snakes. And, feel confident now to be able to add to my ad? "overnight shipping" or pickup lol.
Is there a standard overnight charge so I can include into my selling price? Or, does your co. go by weight fee's? I suppose I should just go to syr and read about these concern's myself. Gerrad
