I had that happen to me for the first time about a month ago. I waited till he shed a second time and his eye caps were still stuck. I did my normal 15 minute soak, and they both came off, along with all the stuck shed. I put the snake in a small tub with a locking lid. The tub is filled about halfway up with warm water and a hand towel. Usually one 15 minute soak is enough to get everything off by running the towel down the snakes body, head to tail. If not, then soak for another 15 minutes, but make sure the water is warm enough.
